Egg Baguette
Sometimes, I prefer sliced bread yet at others a piece of baguette is more appealing. This Egg Baguette was one that fell into the latter.
Simple to do as well.

Sliced hard-boiled eggs for baguette
Just cut a piece of baguette around 4 inches long. Halve it and butter then fill with slices of hard-boiled egg. Top with some salad cream, salt and pepper to give a great lunch.
