Banana Ice Creme is a beautiful, RAW, fast and very easy way to simulate ice cream. The taste is smooth, creamy and absolutely melt-in-your-mouth good! Guaranteed you will be looking for seconds!
- 6 bananas, peeled
- Make sure your bananas are ripe… preferably with brown spots on the peels.
- Peel the bananas and put them into a plastic bag that closes. Place the bananas into the freezer and freeze them hard… 4 – 6 hours or overnight.
- When ready to use, take bananas from the freezer and place them into a food processor with the “S” blade. Process until they become creamy. Remove from the bowl and either put into an ice cream cone or a dish. Eat like ice cream.
